General Terms of Service (GTS)

1. Purpose of the GTS

These General Terms and Conditions of Service (GTCS) govern the services offered by Drive Home Ltd, including search, introduction, support and advice on real estate and automotive matters (purchase, sale, rental) in the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Canada and Switzerland.

2. Access to services

Access to Drive Home Ltd services can be made by direct contact, online form or telephone call. Any request for service implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

3. Description of services

Drive Home Ltd offers the following services :

Personalized search for properties to rent or buy;

Putting you in touch with property owners or agencies;

Assistance with the sale or purchase of vehicles;

Selection of cars for rent, including luxury cars.

These services do not include credit brokerage or financing.

4. Customer obligations

The customer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to enable efficient processing of his request. He remains solely responsible for the choices made following Drive Home Ltd’s proposals.

5. Obligations of Drive Home Ltd

Drive Home Ltd undertakes to provide a professional, personalized service that complies with applicable standards, within the limits of the information provided and the availability of goods and vehicles on the market.

6. Prices and terms of payment

Prices for services are specified in the “Our Prices” section of the site. Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card or any other means indicated. All services started are due, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable regulations, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days in which to exercise his right of withdrawal, unless performance of the service has begun with his agreement before expiry of the legal period.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract by giving reasonable notice. In the event of serious breach, termination may be immediate, without prejudice to any sums due.

9. Liability

Drive Home Ltd cannot be held responsible for the failure of a transaction between third parties (seller, lessor, owner, etc.). Our role is to facilitate contact between parties and to assist them in the process, without taking the place of legal or notarial professionals.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTS are governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the interpretation or performance of these GTS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
